Allowed use
Privacy protection, public Wi‑Fi safety, secure remote access, website/email security review, monitoring guidance and defensive support for systems you own or are authorised to manage.
Not allowed
Spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, account takeover, harassment, DDoS activity, fraud, unauthorised vulnerability scanning, illegal content distribution or evading enforcement.
Security testing
Only test systems you own or have explicit permission to assess. Website Guard, Email Shield and Business Shield are intended for defensive review and practical guidance.
VPN usage
VPN access may not be used to attack third parties, hide abuse, bypass lawful restrictions, automate spam or operate malicious infrastructure.
Enforcement
Services may be suspended, revoked or cancelled when abuse, risk or policy violations are detected. Xensec may request clarification before continuing service.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse through the abuse page with IPs, domains, logs, timestamps and any relevant evidence.
