Xensec should only keep what is needed to operate, secure and support your services.
This page covers customer accounts, order references, support tickets, VPN configuration delivery, manual reports and operational logs.
Information collected
Account details, order identifiers, product selections, support messages, service requirements, uploaded attachments, service documents and technical logs needed for security or troubleshooting.
How information is used
To activate services, provide support, deliver VPN configs or reports, send notifications, prevent abuse, secure accounts and reconcile orders.
Order and payment data
Payment/order processing is handled through external commerce tooling. Xensec stores order references and product/service metadata needed for activation and support.
VPN configs and documents
VPN profiles, security reports, setup notes and ticket attachments are stored in protected server storage and only exposed through authenticated dashboard routes where possible.
Support tickets
Ticket messages may include diagnostics, screenshots, domains, IP addresses or logs if you provide them. Staff-only internal notes are not shown to customers.
Retention
Data may be retained for support history, abuse prevention, accounting, security auditing and operational continuity unless removal is required or appropriate.
Security
Xensec uses role-based staff access, session tracking, protected file delivery and operational audit tooling to reduce unauthorised access risk.
